Tato norma definuje termíny možných vad řezů provedených kyslíkem, laserem a plasmou, které jsou shrnuty a roztříděny do skupin. Vadami jsou nepravidelnosti nebo úchylky od stanoveného tvaru a polohy řezu. Norma obsahuje pouze vady způsobené v přímé sou-vislosti s řezáním kyslíkem, laserem a plasmou; bez ohledu na vliv přídavných vnějších napětí nebo namáhání. Stanoveny jsou pouze typ, tvar a umístění těchto vad, ale podmínky a příčiny jejich vzniku nejsou uvedeny.

This standard defines terms of the possible imperfections in oxyfuel gas, laser beam and plasma cuts which are collected and grouped. Imperfections are irregularities or deviations from the specified shape and location of cut. The standard only includes imperfections origi-nating directly from oxyfuel gas, laser beam and plasma arc cutting; any adverse effects resulting from, additional external stresses or strains are not considered: The type, shape and location of these imperfections are grouped together but conditions and causes of origin are not given.

La présente norme définit les termes des défauts éventuels des coupes exécutées par oxycoupage, coupage laser et coupage plasma qui sont réunis et groupés. On appelle défauts des irrégularités ou des écarts par rapport à l’empla-cement spécifiés pour la coupe. La présente norme ne comprend que les défauts résultant directement du coupage oxygaz combustible, du coupage laser et du coupage plasma; tout défaut provoqué par des contraintes ou des sollicitations supplémentaires n‘est pas pris en considération. Le type, la forme et l‘emplacement de ces défauts sont régroupés ensemble mais les conditions et les causes de leur origine ne sont pas données.

Dieser Norm definiert die an Brenn-, Laserstrahl- und Plasmaschnitten möglichen Unregelmäßigkeiten zu-sammengestellt und in Gruppen eingeteilt. Unregelmäßigkeiten sind Abweichungen von der vorgese-henen Form und Lage des Schnittes. Die Norm umfaßt nur Unregelmäßigkeiten, die in Verbindung mit dem Brenn-, Laserstrahl- und Plasmaschneiden entstehen können; ohne Einfluß einer zusätzlichen äußeren Spannung oder Beanspruchung. Festgelegt sind lediglich Art, Form und Lage dieser Unregel-mäßigkeiten. Entstehungsbedin-gungen und -ursachen sind nicht angegeben.

Informace týkající se vyhodnocení a důsledků uvedených vad nejsou uvedeny, protože závisí na konkrétních požadavcích podle použití řezu. Termíny byly voleny tak, aby charakterizovaly základní zmiňované vady, nicméně je možno najít dva nebo více vad současně. Použitý systém roztřídění nepředstavuje vyhodnocení jakosti.

Information concerning the evaluation and consequences of the mentioned imperfections is not given because this depends on the specific job requirements. The terms were selected to characterize the principal imperfections mentioned, however, two or more may be found simultaneously. The grouping system used is not an evaluation of quality.

Il n‘est pas donné d‘information concernant l‘évaluation et les conséquences de défauts mention-nés, ces informations dépendant des prescriptions spécifiques de l‘application. Les termes ont été choisis de manière à caractériser les principaux défauts; il est toutefois possible d‘en rencontrer deux simultanément. Le système de groupement utilisé n‘est pas une évaluation de la qualité.

Es wird nichts darüber ausgesagt, wie die Unregelmäßigkeiten im Einzelfall zu beurteilen sind, da dies von den jeweiligen Anforderungen an den Schnitt abhängt. Die Benennungen wurden nach der hauptsächlich vorliegenden Unre-gelmäßigkeit gewählt, jedoch können auch mehrere Unre-gelmäßigkeiten gleichzeitig auftreten. Die Einteilung der Unregelmäßig-keiten stellt keine wertmäßige Beurteilung dar.
