Foreword

ISO (Mezinárodní organizace pro normalizaci) je celosvětová federace národních normalizačních orgánů (členů ISO). Mezinárodní normy obvykle vypracovávají technické komise ISO. Každý člen ISO, který se zajímá o předmět, pro který byla vytvořena technická komise, má právo být v této technické komisi zastoupen. Práce se zúčastňují také vládní i nevládní mezinárodní organizace, s nimiž ISO navázala pracovní styk. ISO úzce spolupracuje s Mezinárodní elektrotechnickou komisí (IEC) ve všech záležitostech normalizace v elektrotechnice.

 

ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.

Toto první vydání ISO 21502 spolu s ISO 21500:–1) zrušuje a nahrazuje ISO 21500:2012, která byla technicky zrevidována. Hlavní změny ve srovnání s ISO 21500:2012 jsou tyto:

 

This first edition of ISO 21502, together with ISO 21500:–1), cancels and replaces ISO 21500:2012, which has been technically revised. The main changes compared with ISO 21500:2012 are as follows:

a)   koncepce managementu projektu byla rozšířena tak, aby zahrnovala dohledové a řídicí činnosti sponzorující organizace, které souvisejí s projektem;

 

a)   the concept of project management has been expanded to include project-related oversight and direction activities of the sponsoring organization;

b)   byly doplněny informace o tom, jak mohou projekty zajišťovat výsledky a umožňovat realizaci přínosů;

c)   byla doplněna úvaha o kontextu projektů organizace;

Tento dokument poskytuje směrnice pro management projektu. This document gives guidelines for project management. It is applicable to any organization, including public, private and charitable, as well as to any type of project, regardless of purpose, delivery approaches, life cycle model used, complexity, size, cost or duration.
